Registration 2026 for the Mini Kids (2020-2021), Kids (2018-2019) and Maxi Kids (2016-2017) categories takes place online via this website from eight weeks before the event.

The kids should be able to master small root passages. They should be able to ride small jumps where both wheels are in the air. Crops at kerb height should not be a problem.

Logically, helmets are compulsory. From 2026 onwards, a full-face helmet must be worn. Knee pads and gloves with long fingers are also mandatory. Elbow pads are also useful. It is absolutely essential that both the helmet and protectors fit perfectly, otherwise they will not fulfill their intended purpose.

Accompaniment is clearly regulated. In the mini classes, the kids may be accompanied by an adult during training and the races. Coaching is not permitted during the race. In the Girls and Boys classes, accompaniment is only permitted during training. In the Maxi classes, accompaniment on the course is generally not permitted.

This varies depending on the individual stops. In most cases, the paths to the top are quite short and can be managed without a lift. Parents often use an e-bike to pull their children back to the start. In some locations, you can also use the lift.

Parking spaces and paddock spaces (where you can park your motorhome/camper van, etc.) are available at each location. You can find out where these are, whether you need to reserve a space and all other relevant information in the participant information for each stop. This will be available online on the website in good time before registration for the respective race begins.
